Our Policies
Boarding dogs must be people-friendly in order to stay with us. In My Paws reserves the right to refuse services based upon a dog’s temperament or health condition. Please read our policies and comply with them ahead of time to avoid delays in receiving our dog care services.

Vaccine Requirements
The following vaccinations must be up-to-date and verified by documentation from your veterinarian:
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Bordetella
- Yearly fecal examination
Bathing
Payment Policy
Personal Belongings
We appreciate that you may wish to leave some personal belongings as a comfort to your pet. We will accept no more than one toy and a blanket.
Reservations
A deposit is required for all reservations.
All Boarding reservations will require a $15 per night deposit.
Cancellations
Our boarding facility has limited space and is frequently at 100% occupancy. This forces us to turn potential boarders away. When clients cancel or change reservations without adequate notice (at least 72 hours), it is frequently too late for us to accommodate others in need of boarding.
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE SECURED BY A VALID CREDIT CARD
We realize that plans may change, and we do our best to accommodate all of our clients. So, a full refund of the deposit is provided upon 72 hours notice of cancellation or reservation changes.
PREMIUM DATE AND HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE SECURED BY A VALID CREDIT CARD
Clients that cancel holiday or premium date reservations without at least 7 days’ notice will automatically forfeit the deposit.
